Gymslippers.ca Ltd 30-day return policy:

Items will be replaced if they are defective or damaged.

If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, GymSlippers.ca Ltd. can no longer offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund the item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Shipping costs are not refundable.

To return your product mail it to:

You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item. 
Ensure your order number is included in the package.

You will be notified by email that your returned item has been received. 
If you are approved for a refund once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.

Exchanges 
If you need to exchange for a different size or style, include the request and order number in the returned package. Shipping of the new replacement or exchange item will be covered by GymSlippers.  

Consider using trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. GymSlippers.ca will not be responsible for a refund or exchange until we actually receive your returned item.
